The list of all ingredients (INCI) can be found either directly on the respective product or on the packaging of the respective product. To find out more, you are welcome to contact our customer support team directly at support@naturfactor.de.
All cosmetic products must be used within a certain period of time. The recommended maximum period of use can be recognised in the form of an hourglass. The best-before date can be found next to the hourglass. The quality of our products can only be guaranteed up to this date. When using our products, it should also be noted that any impurities introduced when removing them from the container can affect the shelf life.
No. All Naturfactor® products rely on the power of high-quality, natural and innovative active ingredients that are highly effective and gentle on the skin. Aggressive and skin-irritating ingredients are not used in our products. Furthermore, we categorically reject animal testing. As there is no globally defined standard or standardised definition for labels such as ‘bio-dynamic’, ‘natural’ or ‘clean’, and they also say nothing about the safety or effectiveness of a product, Naturfactor® avoids using these labels. For example, organic certification does not automatically indicate the compatibility or effectiveness of the ingredients. The active ingredients used in our products are based on sound scientific findings and tests that prove their safety and tolerability.
Yes, our products are vegan, although our products are not labelled as such.

All our products are developed according to non-comedogenic criteria and independently tested to prevent the formation of comedones (blackheads).
Yes, all our products are dermatologically tested and undergo strictly regulated tests to achieve the best synergy between your skin and our products.
In principle, yes. However, it is still important to check the INCI list of the respective product in each individual case, as all the ingredients it contains, including allergens, are listed here. Some products are not fragranced, but the respective INCI list should also be checked here.
No, our products do not contain perfume oils. Each of our products is created with a fragrance combination of exclusive natural oils.
Yes, without exception. We have never tested our products on animals and never will.
Yes, environmental protection and sustainability are important to us. We have already reduced the use of packaging materials and are working on further steps to use less packaging. We have already switched from plastic packaging to glass as a raw material for our jars and bottles. In many countries and regions, glass can be disposed of and recycled via waste glass systems. When your jar is empty, separate the plastic lid from the glass body and dispose of both separately in the appropriate systems. In Germany, for example, the plastic parts of the packaging can be disposed of in the plastic recycling system via the yellow bag or the yellow bin. Sustainability will continue to be our priority in the future: we plan to further reduce the packaging sizes of our products. The paper used for our packaging, folding cartons and inserts is FSC-certified, i.e. it comes from sustainable forestry that fulfils both important ecological and socio-economic requirements.
In addition, all our products are labelled with the Green Dot. This ensures that the resources used are recycled through the dual recycling system.
Yes. We produce exclusively in Germany.
Shipping & Delivery
You can return unwanted items free of charge within 30 days of receipt (provided the products have not been opened and/or used, and are in their original packaging).

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns that do not comply with the following guidelines; any returned items will be sent back to the customer.

Standard shipping within Germany takes 3-5 business days.
We also offer the "EXPRESS" shipping option. In this case, the goods will be delivered within 1-2 business days.
Due to the current COVID-19 situation, there may be delays in delivery. We always strive to ship all orders within one business day. For orders over 1,000 EUR/USD, there may be a delay of 1-2 business days as we need to register them with customs.

We ship our products with DHL / DHL EXPRESS / DPD or UPS.
In general, we offer two shipping methods:
- Standard shipping (3-5 business days)
- Express shipping (1-2 business days)

Yes. The payment method "invoice" is available. Please note that the shipping address must match the billing address.
In the case of a qualified return, you will receive the invoice amount back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after receipt and inspection of your return.
Normally, this process takes 7-14 business days after registering a return.

You can redeem your voucher at the checkout. Simply enter your individual code in the ‘Voucher or discount code’ field after the shopping basket.
The discount or voucher value will then be automatically deducted from the total amount.
